As soon as your order has been despatched from our warehouses, you will be notified via email. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 3-7 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages if recipient refuses to pay custom taxes & duties.
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
Delivery
We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not able to file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete or insecure shipping address. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at support@sazenice.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible. We will try our best to deliver your order to your door, in rare cases, customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we can not issue a refund if customers refuse to collect package from your local post office. We are unable to refund or replace any packages refused by the recipient. Packages won’t be returned back to our warehouse since we ship from overseas.
