Once we receive your request and confirm that the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:

Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.

Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved pieces) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a production defect.

Sazen Ice will resend a new product under the following circumstances:
